Delete your ProtectKids account

For the ProtectKids and Pip by ProtectKids apps.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open ProtectKids on your phone and sign in.
2. Tap More, then Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email support@protectkids.app from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply to confirm it's you, then delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and your email address.
• If you're the only parent: the whole family, meaning children, rules, schedules, chores, usage history, requests, connected phones and their app lists.
• If another parent shares the family: only you. They keep the family, and become its owner if you were.

When the whole family is deleted, each connected phone lets go the next time it checks in: no rules, no uninstall lock. Pip can then be uninstalled like any app.

What is kept

Nothing from your family stays in our database. Apple or Google keep their own purchase records, and backups roll over within 7 days.

Your subscription

Apple or Google bills it, so deleting your account doesn't stop it. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions (in the app: More, Plan, Manage or cancel).
